It started with a morning
Good things take time.
Golden Hour began at a tiny kitchen table with a borrowed roaster and a belief that coffee could bring more intention to the everyday. What started as weekend batches for friends grew into a café made for the whole neighborhood.
Today, we build long-term relationships with producers, pay premiums for exceptional coffee, and roast in small batches so every cup is sweet, balanced, and full of character.
